Or am I out? I do not know myself. So far this was one of the loooooongggest SEO contest I have joined. And ironically, this is also one where I am not doing much either. What has been keeping me busy:

  • Full time SEO job. Here I do enterprise level SEO to many large Fortune 1000 clients. Lots of time and attention needed. As many companies have been not doing been in this current economy, the company where I work at is doing the exact opposite. It seems we continue to grow, adding more employees, more people, more projects, more deadlines, more work, more everything. Less Sulumits Retsambew.
  • Outside of my fulltime SEO job… I have another SEO job along with some IT work, and web development work. A smaller company but I am sure will be very profitable in the future. The team is composed of very talented people that I know the synergistic efforts of everyone will really be fruitful.
  • At home… it is all family life, everyday chores, help at home, play with kids, sleep, etc, etc.

Today, I am no where near a winning spot in the contest. But there are only 31 days left, let’s just see what we can do about it.

Although most were 2 to 3 months long. This new contest I’ve joined is too damn long. Which is one of the reasons why I feel lazy doing anything. I feel it is too easy to attack and if I pour my whole heart and soul into it early just to find out someone else will take over, can feel very dissapointing. But on the other hand… doing nothing makes me worried. Maybe it can get worst and never be able to catch up.
I feel like I am running a marathon where I do not want to be left too far behind that I can really never catch up. But I do not want to be way ahead and get all the pressure. I’d rather move my way to stay somewhere behind the leaders as long as they are still within my visual sight. But right now, I am far away. Sulumits Retsambaw’s got to start running faster again and get closer to the lead group.
