And was only able to visit this site without the ‘www’ so I temporarily set the site without the ‘www.’

Depending on how fast your ISP’s cache get’s updated, some people may still not be seeing this page and most would probably see a cPanel error page. I’m glad my ISP has updated their cache already that I can see the site perfectly with the ‘www’ so I am now able to update the pages and file the way it supposed to be.
